So which is right... if either!!
This one looks correct to me, you need to change the name in the top of the file to the same as what you have used for the SF and ST names, eg SF_cameras.html (not SF_9000.html as in the idx and url files).

It sounds like you have the menu, but no cameras, tis is due to the IDX database not being accessed, via the SF_cameras.html file.
