Removing that wood trim is just a matter of popping it off. (I am assuming you are talking about the triangular piece above the glove box.) It's held in by two pins that simply stick into the dash. Use something like a flat bladed screw driver and carefully pry it up. I used a Snap-On panel removal tool that looks like this.



The trim piece under the volume knob might be tougher to source. Search www.realoem.com for potential part numbers, if they even sell that little white cup separately.

That lower panel might be held in by clips as well as screw so you might have to coax it off with a little force.
