I'm not sure of how you're connecting all of this to the web, but if you get a business dsl line almost all ISP's will supply you with a couple of hot addresses for an additional price. The other issue will be what kind of router/firewall you have in place and will it allow you to mix/match machines on the "inside" with static and dynamic IP addresses on separate subnets.
Too bad you didn't have this question 2 weeks ago, i was just out in Century City, Hermosa/Redondo and Huntington.
