Thanks, yea, the Qualia is what got me so excited over SXRD. I agree, Plasma was a technology I was seriously considering, unfortuantely the power factor (those babies suck down 400-500 watts in use!) is just too crazy. Looks like the rear projection units use about half of that.
I know it might sound silly not to buy a TV because of power consumption, but 500 watts is a lot of juice!
