he may be planning for the future, although i still am not able to picture a completely different infrastructure delivering E85, much less a higher grade of ethanol, in CA. i understand in the midwest...because they have the land and resources to produce ethanol from corn, but in CA?

...if i recall...there are about 4 E85 stations in CA...
