I certainly do know what I am doing otherwise I wouldn't have even considered the project. The plans are nearly finished being drawn up. I've already taken measurements and figured out where I'm going to be welding too. Finding power is a snap.
Another project I am pondering is gutting a bimmer seat for its frame in conjunction with the rear bench fabricating a power 3rd row that folds out of the floor and into the spare well. Gonna need run flats or an ingenious way of storing the spare with some sort of cover in the rear the way the old jeep cherokees did. Fabrication's not the hard part, fitting it is. I've taken extensive measurements and I think I may be able to fit it. It's close. The spare tire well, which is trapezoidal is approx 32" X 32". Gonna need at least 11 inches for leg room, and about 4 inches in the rear to accomodate the seatback.
