Big thanks to John who helped me through with this. My main dealer actually told me I would need to give them the car for a week while they sent it to BMW . They had not got a clue.

So...I did what John said and..it popped out. Now I won't burn it to a DVD RW +- again

What I did want to know what whether this was to be burned on a CD - R or a DVD. I am presuming a CD from what I read, but would like to know categorically.

All this and it's from a BMW dealer and I got it on Wednesday...
