UPDATE - As I mentioned last time the fuel filter netted no improvement in the stutter / misfire situation. That said the shop tested the MAF and noted that it was out of scale on one end of the flow spectrum.

With the new MAF the X5 runs well, when temps are below 95F. Once the temps are high and the AC is running at freeway speeds part throttle can induce the stutter / misfires.

The X5 is down at the local dealership and they are stumped as well and are waiting for a really hot day to watch fuel pressure and DME activity.

I am really frustrated. If anyone has any ideas I'd really appreciate it.
