The files that you described are the ones that I added. Up to this point I did not delete anything. I'm just not able to burn the disc.
There is only one difference. The original image of the 2007-2 HIGH DVD that I have is 4.3GB(4.628.152.320 bytes). So there is little space to add the extra speed camera data. After saving in UltraISO i end up with 4.57GB, which I can't burn.
Another difference is the number that I gave to the .idx and .url (0101.idx and 102.url) and applied those names in the files that I changed. I suppose this will not be the issue.
