For the voice plans, yes. But for data, Verizon charges $45/month for their unlimited data plan which does not include any text messages. AT&T charges $20/month for the iPhone data plan, and that includes 200 text messages -- an additional $5 cost to get that from Verizon. So that's a $30/month swing.
