Request the loaner and let them work on your car until is fixed, give them few days so they don't rush, regarding the key...looks like the same problem that I had- key is "dead" and will cost you about $170 if you don't complaint to the dealer. 3 hr. of driving with the key in the ignition is planty of time to recharge the battery... let them replace the key.
