i did ask him but the incompetent SA told me that it meant the order was placed!! Then I said isn't that 112 status?? and then he said he would call me back...im still waiting on that phone call!! Wish there were better dealerships around in Louisiana!!! By the way this is my 4th BMW from this dealership...they've been dumb says day 1 but the service department is incredible!!
