In the USA, I would try Elise Taylor <[email protected]>. She is part of the AppleCare Specialist Admin Team and should be able to put you in contact with a Specialist. I believe she deals more specifically in the shipping of new systems. I dealt with her near the end, despite her being based in Texas.
