well Iran is now going to get 250 SU-30 aircraft and 20 tankers. Rumors have it they will also get Mig-31s which are all being upgraded by Russia right now.

Possibly even some more advanced radar systems.

The government was spending 20% of their GDP on oil subsidiaries. They cut back on that drastically and have put the money into their military.
