Thanks for all the compliments . It's still shiny and sitting in the garage as I've been traveling for the past 10 days (and will be off tomorrow AM again) .
But it looks like I'll be enjoying it over the weekend
Guess it's time to bring the X5 to the same level .....

I'll be traveling until end of August but will try and make it to the Exotic (including BMWs)
Car Show in Merrimack / NH at Anheuser Busch on August 5th and the 25th . Maybe you
can make it as well ?

Your tire dressing continues to be a big hit.)
The mods are top notch, too. I see that Derek and the men at SIM did their usual excellent, over-the-top work. I like the Alcantara headliner and carbon fiber trim, too. A1 Upholstery surely does great work, as I've seen in your 4.6is.

Thanks Kevin !! Yes I figured I'd have Ryan work the rotary

and resorted putting on more coats of Zaino

.
I am quite happy with my "daily driver" and you can certainly tell the difference 5 years in development make in regards to driving comfort and handling. The new X6 will be a very cool car .

The product is actually now available as an automotive application. You can
find more details at
http://www.lord.com/fts . It is called "LORD Fusor" .
If you buy it make sure you wear gloves when applying it as you won't get it
off your hands ever

and once applied you can't correct it (you have a single
strike to get it right). Best results are accomplished if you use two coats, the first
one to cover the letters and imprints on the tire, the second one is for the final
shine. Also the cleaning solution is probably the most toxic smell I've ever experienced

, the packaging actually states the fumes can cause birth defects ....

Can you post a link to the detailers web site? I think its time to treat the x.

He actually doesn't have a web site ... his email is
[email protected]
phone number 603-560-1608 . However be aware Ryan specializes on paint
correction which is very time consuming.
If you are after a great detail and great value for the money I'd still
recommend JD from
http://www.autosalondetailing.com/ (phone is
781-771-1500) . I've referred customer for years to JD and his work
is outstanding as well (and probably closer for you) .
