Lets take a look at who is having sex at 13 and having kids at 14 and raising them alone? wow statistics arent really proving wrong here are they now? Granted the reason there are kids is that abortion is expensive and looked down upon but its passed down. A 13yr old cant raise a child and if they do then their kids will be the same. Needless to say every race/culture has this issue but where is the majority?
