Of that list the Velodyne is the best. Klipsch subs don't perform near as good as people think and won't work in a room of that size.

I have a Mirage BPS-400 with dual 12" subs for Home Theater. It's total overkill and weighs a ton. I'm not a fan of using a sub for music so it is relegated to explosions in movies.
