So the BMW dealership calls me today to ask me some general questions about how and when the power steering leak/failure happened.

And one thing the lady ended up askin me was "has it happened before when you put the aftermarket wheels on?"

Im deff not tryin to get screwed out of a warranty fix for this problem, because i have aftermarket wheels; and since i didnt put my stocks back on.

How can i argue just in case they dont want to fix this through warranty.

As far as i understand, isnt there also some law/code that basically says they have to prove that the damaged was caused by the aftermarket part.

suggestions please???
