Yes the DSP amp came from an E38 and I know about the coding issue I spoke to the dealer about it and they charge like $175 to recode it but like I said there is a coax wire with a broken connector that goes to the front of the car. It comes off the small 4" x 6" x 2" box with heat fins that is screwed to the rack in front of the amp. I can live without the nav screen until I can find a replacement connector but I can't physically get the old amp out. I took out the 2 bolts at the top but i assume there are two more at the bottom and I can't get to them.
