I have the sliding load floor in mine and am replacing it with a standard floor as soon as I receive the one I ordered. I never use mine, it is heavy, takes up a cargo space, and getting to the spare tire/battery/etc. is tougher.

With that being said, it is a nice option if you have a reason to use it. But you can easily do without it. There is a previous thread on this topic. Opinions are probably about 50/50 on this option.
