When I was in Gaithersburg this past weekend/early this week, I called the CVS pharmacy to see where they were located. I asked "Are you the CVS located in the same shopping center with Panera Bread and Ross?" I kept getting placed on hold and had to repeat the question to
four different employees before one finally understood what I was asking!
