yup you have a ghost and it's not me
It sounds like you have an intermittent power drain somewhere that is causing all the other problems. Likely to be in one of the mods you did if you've never experienced any problems before the first mod. Once you locate the drain, fix it, and reset all power to car and you should be as good as new.
