Final update: Just spoke to my mom. Both her and my brother are OK, as are his friends. His buddy's house had significant flooding. Our house is fine, and sustained no real damage, but the retaining wall and gate at the end of the driveway now lie in the neighbourhood street (our house is on a hill) and sorta blocks access to the cul-de-sac. My bro's places are OK as well, with no/minimal flooding.

Thus far, there are reports of 3 deaths, but numbers are still coming in. St. Thomas, one of the eastern parishes, is apparently cut off from the rest of the island as roads are impassabe, and communication lines are virtually nonexistent.
