Hot air suggests that the electric fan in front of the engine may not be working. Worth a check. Service ports are OK if there is good pressure and a 20 minute replacement for the actual ports. Any AC shop will be able to do that as long as you have the OEM replacement parts. (About $22 from dealer.) If they needed replacement the biggest part is evacuating and recharging the system properly but, again, any AC shop have the equipment to do that and at a better rate than the dealer will charge.
