The machine is back up with a new copy of rootvg. The database guys are now checking to make sure I didn't hose any of the binary files. Granted, it was an empty db aside from what the install imports, but the physical db still needs to be there. Oops.

I told our enterprise admins to take a flash copy in case I get 'rm' happy again
