Why is it that celebrities in Cali (mainly white women) don't have to do sh_t if they break the law?

Lohan for instance, 2 DUI's and Coke charges and she does less then a week of jail time??????????

The NAACP needs to get off M. Vick's jock and go after this crap. I guarantee a black guy (or any no celeb for that matter) would do more time in both these cases then the hos did..... GRRRR.
