Is the GPS antenna connected and working?
Are you parked outside so you can receive the GPS signal?

The nav unit remembers its last location, until gets a fresh new GPS position fix.

Check the GPS antenna status in the service mode while parked outside with unobstructed view of the sky.

Make sure the rear parcel shelf is clear of anything and that you have no metallic window tint on the rear windscreen, and that the boot is closed. As the GPS antenna is on the rear parcel tray, you don't want to obstruct the signals.
