I have had two puncture with my RFT, and had both of them repaired till I changed them out after 30K miles two months ago.
So, yes you can repair RFT tires long as you have about 18-22 psi tire pressure.
Yes, you can also change out the tires without voiding the warranty.

I have heard Dunlops can be repaired other brands not.. I'll call BMW to confirm as this was from the tire dealer, the tire dealer also said the tire manufacturer would not warranty the tire if this happened as well !!... Note that In Australia I have not heard of tire insurance and warranty is limited to defects in manufacturing only.. not if you get a puncture from a object not related to manufacture... I'll check it out....
