Disconnect and set aside the Spec Dock to eliminate the possibility of other issues when troubleshooting. Have you checked the 2amp fuse on the DICE harness to see if it has blown?

Also verify the brown wire on the BMW 3-pin connector is in the #1 position and not the middle.
