I had the same "speed relative" rumble at 65K miles. It was noticeably coming from the front passenger side. I looked into replacing it myself, but it seemed to require a press to get the bearing off the hub. You could try and remove the bearing by other means, but you risk damage to the hub in the process. The dealer replaced the hub and bearing as one complete assembly for around $385. It has been quiet and smooth ever since.
