Any dog that attacks any one should be put down, immediately. I feel the same way about the Michael Vick dogs which apparently didn't get put down (they need to all be killed).
As for the link that was just posted, lets pick out some key points aside from the following 'attack' (more piss poor human behavior):

Excuse me, the grandmother is FULLY responsible for the girls attack, she brought the dog and left it there with the girl. The dog should be killed, and she should be jailed.
