I have non-dsp, non-satnav.

1. Dension USA says I need I20-BMW-T but Dension Europe says ILBM4034 is the latest model - does anyone know if there is a difference?
2. Where do I buy the Icelink in the USA? - All I can find online is Best Buy
3. Can I buy with the cable connection, not the cradle?
