No argument; I agree completely. My observation was meant to relate to the number of pieces of equipment necessary and the ensuring installation steps required=no trivial undertaking.

I certainly would like to have my RAZR hooked up properly, but I am inclined to just wait and see if BMW finally comes up with a more, plug and play situation. The installation of the eject box etc and the necessity to disconnect power make me uncomfortable. And I've not gotten a price on the eject box parts and/or installation by someone else. Meanwhile though, everything is working properly with Bluetooth so I will probably just stand pat...
