Your Nav computer now has no good software on it so it can't boot up, the TV module has taken over as a backup.

Get a new software image and burn it slowly on good quality media, you should be able to recover it.

If it's a MK III (CD map) then make sure the software is an ISO mode II disk, they won't load a mode I disk.
