It is not a custome color combo....
It is a standard BMW offering for the USA.
It is a Priority 1 option.
Priority 1 options can only be ordered by dealer or customer.
Priority 1 options are not shown in any catalogs....
For exemple you will not find the LEMON int. for the E90 US spec.
...But it can be ordered as a priority 1 option....
You can think of Priority 1 options as Bonus options available to those that know about them...99% of the public has no clue.....
almost every BMW offered in the US has the hidden priority 1 options....
