What Mack Murray dosen't know is that the construction industry i was involved in did go after anyone dressed that way for a number of reasons.

#1 It's unsafe

#2 (Buttcracks) give a company a bad name.

#3 Shows your immature an idiot and have no pride about yourself

As far as stereotyping is concerned, yep your correct Murray. Everybody does it. That's life. Don't like it? Change it. Tell them idiots to pull up their pants. Or better yet "Change the way they think."
