Pacific Heights....excellent film....reasoning is that the owners are removing 11 units from the rental market....they're gonna make a ton more money, when the apartments are turned into million dollar condos....so, Santa Monica says they have to pay.....thank god for those bureaucrats......I'm a beneficiary of their forward thinking....
