This is a known bug, talked to BMW about it 2 weeks ago when I was getting my AC fixed and my Comfort Access (door lock/unlock only) was not working sometimes. Talked to the tech about it, he did a quick analysis and the signal from sensor in the drivers door handle was very weak, they are going to replace it (on order). In the meantime it continues to get worse, sometimes will unlock but never lock.
