I have the 1000 model, major issues. Did a FW upgrade and it still sucked. Talked to Samsung and they were "..oh we know it has problems.."
Sony unit should come this week.
I'm almost on the 'hate Samsung' wagon. If they didn't build good phones, I'd be there entirely. I had a HD Samsung box for my DirecTV and it sucked so bad I replaced it after punching the front in...damn rage (but that is what happens when a HD tuner craps out at the opening of last years football season  )
