I believe you. It pairs well with my old Treo 650, which was a very bad phone to begin with. I have 2 Treo 750's and both would not work properly. My wife never liked the 750 anyway so this might be a good excuse for her to get an IPhone.
What's funny is, I told the SA about this and without even documenting the issue, flat out told me that if the phone is not on the list, there's nothing they can do about it. Now that's customer service.
