 You hit the nail right on the head. (Sometime we are all guilty of hijacking threads and going on tangents) But a friend of mine who works for the legal dept of one of the Major software co's here in California has been monitoring the legal issues coming down the pike regarding the At&T/Apple and customer issues and it's very interesting what's going on behind the scenes. For me it's fun to watch because years ago when unlocking phone started to become popular it was easier to troll cell phone contracts for loopholes which would work in the customers favor. Unlocking was one of those loopholes so to speak.
