It does come in the UK, but not in Ireland weirdly.

I had this hassle 2 years ago, and checked it out with a number of dealers, so unfortunately is is true here. Don't know why, cos BMW UK practically run Ireland now, and specs are all the same.

I bought my latest one off Ebay, original, for around €120 though
