The noise is from the rubber not the motor.

What I can't accept is this is just a 3-week old car, the windshield is not
supposed to request deep cleaning. I did buy many cleaning stuffs from
the shop and clean the windshield plus wiper blades though. Still, the
squeak remains.

I called the dealer today and they want to adjust the "tension of the spring of the wiper arms". I am not sure if this gonna work.

My wife's TOYOTA is 2 years old and still using the original wiper blades.
Everything is fine.
