Seems to me from the tone of your post, aside from your language, attitude, bad judgement, and erronious conclusions there is little evidence that driving while whatever had anything to do with your situation.. But i guess i missed the part where the officer made driving while brown the over riding factor in writing the ticket. In the absense of any proof that race was a factor ide say that if you got off and got paid then you should consider this a positive learning experience.
Perhaps at the end of the day you need to muster up some humility, zip it and be thankful. But that's just an old man talking. (Oops Grandma) What do I know???
