I was born in Blue Island, IL which is on the south side of Chicago, but was raised in LA (Lower Akron, that is
) in a small town called Manchester in Ohio.
I got my undergradute degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Akron in 1986, and my MBA from Case Western Reserve University (Cleveland, Ohio) in 1991.
I married my high school sweetheart in 1984 and we have three kids (girl-boy-girl). The oldest is a senior in high school this year, the middle is a freshman in high school this year, and the "baby" of the family is in 8th grade.
All "middle America" for me, but I am glad to be a part of this wonderfully diverse community here
