I got a letter in the mail today.
Date of letter: September 30, 2007
Date of loss: July 28, 2007
"We have received the above claim and have begun working on it....Losses are always difficult but rest assured we will work to make the claim process smooth and resolve the claim promptly."
"A substitute vehicle may be needed while waiting for completion of repairs. If our investigation finds we are liable for the accident we will contact you regarding alternative transportation needs"
I'm so glad I went through my insurance company. I would have been battling with these morons. Anyone needing insurance, I highly recommend Progressive.
I was back on road late August.
