With the X5, I only got the carpeted ones. With the X3, I had a choice of fully carpeted or rubber mats. We went for the rubber mats, but the dealer switched cars on us and we got carpeted. I would either take the first option or the last. Since you live in Hawaii, and you don't get snow, I would go for the third. I think that one looks the best, too. Weathertech set, so get what you want
