After ten plus years with allstate, I pitched them because they had this bad habit of not sending a bill at renewal time, then sending me a letter saying that my policy was cancelled or going to be cancelled in a few days.
This happened several times.
So I went shopping and got better coverage with Safeco for $500 less per year.
Safeco raised rates every policy renewal, so I went to AIG, got a better deal and they haven't changed rates for two years now.

I hate Allstate.
