1a) My definition of "winning" is that Iraq has a stable democracy, that does not require our support to protect itself from attacks - internal or external.

1b) You didn't ask, but my definition of a "stable democracy" is one in which all citizens of the country can vote to determine their own future. No tin-pot dictators here.

2) We should support Iraq's efforts to achieve a stable democracy, through the use of our military, diplomatic corps, and business expertiese, in concert with that of those countries of the world that also seek a stable Iraqi democracy.
