Nah...wars don't have anything to do with religion. Wars have to do with money. Unfortunately for those calling the shots, foot soldiers rarely will be willing to risk their lives so that someone can make an extra buck. So a more convincing reason must be given, something like religion, terrorism, WMDs, human rights, etc. But don't be fooled....those making the decision to go to war -- their decisions are made because of $$$.
If such a thing caused a "spark", it was already in motion and someone was just waiting for an excuse. Whatever the "spark" for war is, the decision to go to war is made long before. Look at our own history and the "spark" that took us to war each time (i.e. sinking of USS Maine, Lusitania, Pearl Harbor, Gulf of Tonkin, 9/11 attacks). In each case, it was nothing more than an excuse for the government to enter into a war they had already been itching to enter. In such cases, if the spark is not one thing, it will be something else.
